 Ahmad Shah Abdali, also known as Ahmad Shah Durrani, was a Pashtun military commander who founded the Durrani Empire in the early 18th century in what is now Afghanistan and Pakistan. He was born in 1722 in Multan, Punjab (now Pakistan), and fought in various military campaigns throughout the region, including battles against the Mughal Empire, the Maratha Empire, and the Sikhs.

, Ahmad Shah was recognized as the King of Afghanistan, and he went on to conquer much of the region, including the Punjab, Kashmir, and parts of Iran. He is perhaps best known for his victory over the Maratha Empire in the Third Battle of Panipat in 1761, which is considered one of the largest and bloodiest battles in history. This battle marked the end of the expansion of the Maratha Empire and the rise of the Durrani Empire under Ahmad Shah's leadership.

He always devoted his life to Islam for the Pashtuns when the Muslims of India were being oppressed Ahmad Shah Abdali stood up against this oppression may Allah bless him with victory.

Ahmad Shah Abdali died on October 16, 1772, in Kandahar, Afghanistan. He is remembered as a skilled military strategist and a key figure in the history of Afghanistan and South Asia.
